Installatie over goud maken uit niets, voor thema-expositie 'Sampo', over goud, geld en gebakken lucht.

Een apparaat dat op eenvoudige wijze gouden voorwerpen maakt van oud roest. Gebaseerd op de magische machine 'Sampo' uit de Finse Mythologie, die rijkdom en macht moest brengen. Het verhaal loopt slecht af, evenals het actuele verhaal over geld maken uit gebakken lucht.

Installation about making gold out of nothing, made for the theme exhibition 'Sampo', about gold, money and hot air.

A contraption that makes golden objects in a simple manner out of rusted iron. Based on the magical machine 'Sampo' from Finnish mythology, that was ment to bring welth and power. The story has a bad ending, just like the present-day story about making money out of hot air.
